Bread Every Day (Pan Cada Día) promotes bread consumption during all meals, which ensures consumption of a wide variety of nutrients: carbohydrates, fiber, B vitamins, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iron, calcium, zinc and vegetable proteins that are practically fat free.

The Mediterranean Diet highlights the importance of consuming cereal, bread, pasta and rice, which form the foundation of the nutritional pyramid. The recommendation is to eat 4 to 6 servings a day.  

Several scientific studies have determined that daily consumption of bread, as part of a balanced diet, together with regular exercise are good habits which help improve our health.
