WIN, the new generation of alcohol-free wine

Wikispanishfood editorial team

Grupo Matarromera has presented de-alcoholized WIN and WIN.0, revolutionizing the innovative world of alcohol-free wines. To meet growing demand from consumers who are increasingly interested in healthy products that are low in calories and in alcohol, the company has developed a range of wines suitable for all kinds of consumers, especially for people who can't drink alcohol, which are in very high demand, both domestically and internationally.

These wines, which are produced and sold by specialized company SIN ALCOHOL S. L., are made from grapes from Matarromera Group's best vineyards, from which the company makes various top-flight DO wines. The wines have all of the same positive properties for health as wine with alcohol, since they have polyphenols, anthocyanins and antioxidants. The WIN line of wines are made at the group's molecular deconstruction plant in Valbuena de Duero, Valladolid, by means of a complex production process.

De-alcoholized WIN are smooth alcohol-free wines, with a refined and elegant design, which includes whites, rosés, reds, crianza red wines and sparkling wines. WIN.0 are semi-sparkling alcohol-free wines with a modern design. Their target market is younger consumers looking for something to drink in a relaxed setting and people of all ages. Both are refreshing wines and it's recommended that they be consumed at between 4 and 6 degrees.

With a view to increasing responsible consumption and its commitment to good health and eating, SIN ALCOHOL S.L. is committed to applying innovation to launch this product, which brings the company closer to meeting the needs of consumers who don't drink alcohol and want to eat healthy, not just in Spain but in other countries as well. Finland, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Australia, Hong Kong and Taiwan are a few of the markets where WIN will be exported, as well as Arab countries and Japan.
