Singular D. Pedro de Soutomaior

Pedro Madruga: That noble Galician warrior, feudal gentleman in Galicia at end of the 15th century—whose victories are attributed in great measure to his habit of being an early riser—stars in the most epic story ever told, in an exciting historic setting.

This singular wine by Martín Códax pays tribute to figure who will forever be linked to the exaltation of our culture.

Pale yellow in color with hints of lemon, this wine is clean, bright and has a slight bubble, showing its youth.

Intense and clean with aromas of ripe fruit (pineapple, passion fruit, honeydew, and water pear), citrus fruits (grapefruit), and flowers and fresh-cut grass.

On the palate it is rounded, aromatic and creamy, with a fruity, fresh and balanced finish. Clean aftertaste with pleasant bitter notes.
