Countdown to SIRHA 2015

Wiki Spanish Food editorial team

This will be the sixth consecutive SIRHA that FIAB has participated in, and it's attending along with the SPANISH PAVILION, with the support of MAGRAMA (Spain's Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment). The event caters to a demanding market, mainly via HoReCa.

SIRHA is an especially important fair for gastronomy and gourmet products due to the esteemed international Bocuse d'Or, which is broadly considered the world's most prestigious cooking competition since its creation in 1987 and is famous all over the world. Professional visitor numbers for the 2013 edition of this event reached 185,500, of which 19,000 were chefs, up 14% with respect to the previous year. A total of 83% of those visitors attended the fair in search of new products.

Space for stands in the Spanish pavilion is limited, and preference is given to exhibitors who have completed the registration form and paid. The deadline for applications is September 30th.

Download the application for information about participation and prices, according to stand sizes (8.1 m2 and 9 m2) and FIAB membership, as well as payment details.
