This week we're shining a light on DOMPAL's website. The company, which was founded in 1962, has processing plans in El Repilado, Jabugo (Huelva) and decades of experience at production centers in Guijuelo. The company raises Ibérico pigs in their ideal, natural habitat, among holm and cork oaks in Jabugo and Guijuelo. Its expert ham artisans work hard to obtain unique pieces with unforgettable flavor. Ham is considered one of Spain's most emblematic and popular products, both at home and abroad.
It produces its cured Serrano hams, which have been recognized by experts for their "Excellence", in San Vicente del Raspeig and Segovia. Since inception, DOMPAL has offered a selection of gourmet products, in addition to its ham, with the result that it has become the go-to brand for the most discerning palates and people in search of the best Spanish products. In 2010, DOMPAL was awarded the Gold Medal from the German Butchers' Association.
