The 32nd Anuga, which takes place from 5th to 9th October 2013, will once again be the world's largest and most important meeting place for the food and beverage sectors. About 6,700 suppliers will come together with around 160,000 potential customers from the food trade and the catering sector - on a truly global scale. Anuga's profile will be further sharpened by the expansion and accentuation of its clear trade fair concept and new modules. As a result, Anuga will remain the most up-to-date and therefore the most important information and sourcing platform in the food business.
New opening times: On all five days of the fair, Anuga will open its doors at 10:00 a.m. instead of at 9:00 a.m. as has previously been the case. The day's activities will end at 7:00 p.m. with the exception of the last day of the fair, when the doors will close at 6:00 p.m. The main reason for setting the opening time back one hour is to ensure that exhibitors and visitors have a more relaxed morning commute to the exhibition centre.
